No surprise here,  as the truth comes out in the Duke case. The spotlight now should focus on the culpability of the prosecutor. The Criminal Justice system needs to show the same vigor in its follow up investigation of the offending prosecutor, as it did when it victimized the Duke Students.  Insiders in the legal community will tell you that  intentional withholding of evidence, malfeasance in office, and behavior that constitutes official misconduct are all areas where public officials are subject to arrest and prosecution – not some civil slap on the wrist, or a Bar Association fine, an actual arrest and prosecution. A Public servant is held to a high standard, and this prosecutor needs to face the full scrutiny of the system he was sworn to uphold – so that the public is protected from future abuse.
