BNN has been following the Haleigh Cummings case from day one. It has been a frustrating trail to follow, but during the past 14 months we have made many friends. One of those friends is Armando Aldazabal. I first met Armando when I reviewed his latest book Cocaine Memoirs.

We kept in touch after the review and interview. I discovered that he too had an interest in the search for Haleigh Cummings and in fact knew the Satsuma area well. Over the months he has become our eyes and ears on the ground. When Jail tapes are released he is our vital link, he runs down to the jail picks up the DVD’s and loads them to one of our servers. He also spent much of his time during the search of the Shell Harbour area of the St. Johns area on-site for us. Using his connections he was able to access an area that other members of the press were precluded from and was able to provide up to the minute coverage. Who needs a helicopter when you have Armando?

I was talking to Armando yesterday and he wants to do something unique for BNN readers, he is donating 10 copies of Cocaine Memoirs for give away. All you have to do is email to and tell him why you would like to read Cocaine Memoirs. The ten best emails will receive an autographed copy.
