Winter is knocking on our doors and if you are lucky enough to live in the same part of the world that I find myself in right now, that means it gets awfully cold.  When I was younger, it would get so cold that we would actually have school canceled.  That’s not even a lie, although there are times (like winter) when I wish it was.

But what can be done when the kids are getting on your nerves, taking out all their pent-up energy and ADD in such a confined space?  They’d freeze outside and they’ve already seen all their movies thousands of times.  What’s to do?  Why can’t there be some sort of winter themed collection of children’s favorite television shows to occupy those frozen afternoons?  Well, parents, it looks like this specific holiday wish has been answered early and the answer comes in the form of Winter Wonderland, a new release from HIT Entertainment.

Winter Wonderland contains six episodes from six of the greatest television shows for children made in the last few years.  From Barney, your children are brought the episode: Winter.  From Bob The Builder, they will see the episode: Bob Of The North.  From Thomas And Friends, they get to watch the episode: Keeping Up With James.  From Fireman Sam, they can see the episode: Let It Snow.  From Kipper, they will enjoy the episode: Snowy Day.  From Pingu, they will see the wonder and magic of the episode: Pinga’s Balloon.

HIT Entertainment is one of the world’s leading independent children’s entertainment producers and has teamed up with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment to release a whole set of child content and themed DVD boxed sets.
