Graphic artist Jason Polan, creator of the Every Piece of Art in the Museum of Modern Art Book, has a new project starting on Friday in New York:

Starting on Friday, December 1 at 10:30am, I invite you to participate in The Ream Project. The Project will take place on the second floor of The Museum Of Modern Art in the bookstore. I will sit and draw on 500 sheets of paper, The Ream, until every page has been worked on. Upon completion, the 500 marked surfaces will be turned into a 500 page book. The book will be produced in a limited edition of fifty. The first five people that come and draw with me will receive a copy of the book for free. Remaining copies will be available for purchase. I hope that you will come help complete The Ream. The more people that come to the museum to work on the project, the quicker it will be completed, and the more fun it will be.

Copies of the book will be available at the week following the project.

If the ream is not completed by 8pm on Friday evening I will be back on Saturday, December 2 at 10:30am and if it is not completed by 5:30pm on Saturday I will return on Sunday, December 3 at 10:30am. . .

Pens and paper (500) will be provided.
