You have to love the world of politics. No one ever reports about good things. The latest scandal to hit the Hillary Clinton campaign is an accusation that her entourage spikes audience questions at her appearances. CNN are reporting that just such a thing happened at an event in Newton, Iowa, on November 6.

A Clinton aide actually sought out people to ask question of Clinton in a supposed spontaneous Q&A session following a speech on Energy issues.

Muriel Gallo-Chasanoff, a 19-year-old sophomore at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa claims in an on-air CNN interview that a senior Clinton aide had a folder with pre-written questions on it and approched her to ask one of the questions on the list.

Clintons damage control team are not denying the claim, instead they are saying that this was a ‘one off’ mistake. And if you believe that, have a got a land deal in Florida for you!

While the practice of spiking the questions is not unknown, it is one that raises serious ethics issues.
