Well I have to admit that that was one of the most informative shows I think I have ever been a part of!

I was talking to my wife Jan just before we went live, and made the prediction (oh I am not psychic) that I expected this one to be be pretty interesting, and it certainly was. Live radio is always fun, with 1 minute on the pre-game clock we were missing our main guests! Now the average person might panic, not us. Been there, done that.

I moved into backup mode. We started off by discussing the Caylee Anthony case, and the lack of substance that was contained in the documents released in discovery last week. A major bug bear that I had was one document that was totally redacted other than the left and bottom margins. I have been thinking long and hard about what this document could be. It is common to redact names, addresses, phone numbers etc, but to redact a whole article is suspicious.

One of our callers had done more investigation that I had, she pointed out that a couple of the redacted pages had names on them, and those names were the folks involved with Casey Anthony when she first heard of the finding of remains. The video has been sealed by the courts, are the redacted pages to do with this?

We then moved on to the Haleigh Cummings case. It was my great pleasure to have Sky 97.3 reporter TJ Hart and Bail bondsman and William ‘Cobra’ Staubs as our guests. Jan and I have been bothered by the lack of media interest in this case. In our minds the only interest from the media is TJ at Sky, Art Harris, and us folks at Blogger News Network, and we are bound and determined to fix this.

I had heard that Cobra was a bit of a wild character, well let me put the record straight. Cobra is a really nice guy. He is doing this investigation out of his own pocket and to date is something like $35k in the hole. He told us that he has opened up an avenue for people to contribute, but so far that has brought in under $400. I have to admit that this was the comment that got my attention. Yes the money is needed, but the fact that he wants to find out why you are sending money hit a home run for me. So get your wallets out and help Cobra. He wants to know why you care.

Cobra is not looking to get rich, he is on a mission! A young girl, Haleigh Cummings is missing, Cobra is putting his all into finding her.

I have to say that Jan and I were most impressed with Cobra. This is a gentleman that I am proud to say I have talked to. I do hope that the hard work that TJ Hart and Cobra have put into this case will resolve it.
