In America Hillary Clinton decides what is and what is not printed about her campaign. Early this summer, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign for president learned that the men’s magazine GQ was working on a story about alleged infighting within her campaign.

Hillary offered GQ a stark choice: Kill the piece, or lose access to Bill Clinton. Despite internal protests, GQ editor Jim Nelson met the Clinton campaign’s demands, which had been delivered by Bill Clinton’s spokesman, Jay Carson.

So now the public doesn’t get to read a valid news story about the Clinton campaign, because Hillary doesn’t want us to. I would think a liberal rag like GQ that is a frequent critic of the Bush Administration for not telling the truth, would want to maintain the utmost journalistic integrity. Guess not.
