On Saturday May/30 at 3pm Central we will be running a special call in show about O.J. Simpson and Drew Peterson. At first glance these two cases have very little in common, however if you look more closely there are some interesting parallels in the make up of these two people.
Our special guest is going to be Peter Haven. Peter is one of the attorneys tasked with rooting out OJ Simpson’s hidden assets in order to fulfill the money owed to the Goldman family as a result of the unlawful death civil suit. The sum owed to the Goldman family is in excess of $30 million, and growing rapidly!
Peter Haven also has some pretty interesting observations about the Drew Peterson case. This case is still unfolding, and clearly there is still more to be revealed.
Joining on the panel will be Emmy winning journalist Art Harris who covered the original OJ Simpson criminal trial for CNN, and author and crime writer Denny Griffin who covered OJ’s latest Armed Robbery trial. We will likely be adding some more fire power to the line up, but with it being Memorial Day it is difficult to locate some of the likely candidates.
One thing is for sure, if you have been following either of these very high profile cases this is going to be a show that you will not want to miss. Better still, this will be the opportunity for you to ask those questions that have been nagging at you. With this much fire power on the show we likely will be contravening S.A.L.T. (Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty)!
Tune in on Saturday the link to the show is here, or just point your browser at www.blogtalkradio.com a few minutes before 3pm central and the link to the show will be on the front page.
See you on Saturday.

Simpson” published by University of Missouri Press, which examines how media coverage of that trial shaped public opinion and has affected public access to and understanding of the judicial system. It also offers recommendations for what the courts and the media can do to better serve the public.
Simon,
As always another brilliantly written article. I really don’t understand why you always say, it’s a show we won’t want to miss. I NEVER want to miss any of your “special” radio broadcasts. I adore your accent and your extensive knowledge of the english language. Yes even when I have to get my dictionary out.
The “Special” broadcasts are wonderful. Your journalistic genius shines when you interview your guests. When I was very young, listening to the radio, was a major source of entertainment. I can close my eyes and listen to you and Jan, and its almost like turning the clock back. If you and Jan were to do a weekly or monthly comedy skit, I would be glued to the computer. Young people today have no idea of what they are missing. Good Job.
Please feel free to download the pictures of OJ and play the game.
