44-year-old Donna M. Brock of Orlando, who has connections to the case of missing Haleigh Cummings, pleaded guilty to drug trafficking in St. Johns County Wednesday.

Brock was videotaped in an undercover investigator’s car with Misty Croslin, who was the last person to see 5-year-old Haleigh before she disappeared in February 2009.

Brock and Croslin were arrested during a sting operation that resulted in the arrest of five people, including Haleigh’s father Ronald Cummings.

These two were charged with trafficking at least 28 grams of oxycodone in a sale involving 155 pills for $800 in January, according to charging documents.

Tuesday, Brock pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of trafficking in between 14 to 28 grams of the drug.

Her sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 1.

The reduced charge carries a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years, according to state guidelines.

Brock became friends with Croslin during the search for Haleigh last summer.

The child has not yet been found. Investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office believe Haleigh is no longer alive.
