The heinous and senseless killings of police officers in Dallas last night is another form of domestic terrorism that is evolving in the United States. While most of the attention has been focused on the international war against radical Islam, the United States is experiencing an emerging form of domestic terrorism that is based on multicultural and multiracial divisions and tensions. Needless to say, the group, Black Lives Matter, are polarizing the domestic tranquility of the nation in a manner that has not been experienced since the Civil Rights riots of the 1960’s. Additionally, such as group disregards above all not just the fact that all human lives indeed matter, but most importantly, the rule of law is the highest concern that matters in our American Republic.

Under the guise of perceived racism and the Obama Administration’s desire for stricter gun control in the United States, police departments nationwide are scrutinized more closely every day as the general population of the country increasingly disregards the most basic of our American laws right up to the legal system designed to protect the United States population from foreign infiltration and domestic anarchy. Every day, horrendous atrocities of violence perpetrated by Americans against Americans are reported in the domestic press. Shootings, robberies, rape, theft and other violent acts against other individuals are the subject of each day’s headlines. Perhaps it is time to explore not the end results of these aggressive acts, but find the seminal moment that cause these acts to materialize from intent to actualization.

It seems that part of the problem is simply this: there is a misconception that is perpetuated in the media that the United States is a country that is out of control when it comes to maintaining law and order in our American cities. This is simply not the case, millions and millions of American citizens are law abiding and peaceful individuals that abide by the laws of our American government. Protecting these lawful citizens, are really just a handful of policemen nationwide (about 350,000,) that are responsible for keeping the peace throughout our society. The minority of individuals that commit crimes are determined to undermine the tranquility of our society regardless of race, creed or their political affiliation. The popular media maintains that the problem resides with a predominately Caucasian group of police officers that are determined to administer justice to non-Caucasian citizens with a different standard of operating procedures. Utter nonsense. Policing in the United States is accomplished by applying the rule of law to the administration of justice, regardless of race, creed or color. It is especially disappointing to watch the news and see groups such as the Congressional Black Caucus make public statements that accuse police departments across the country of racism against African-Americans (another term to which I object, we are collectively all Americans,) as if there is a conspiratorial plan to target specific groups of individuals because of their race. Police departments apply their activities equivocally to those that abrogate the laws of our American society, not just those of color. Statistically, it is time for the media and indeed the entire law enforcement community to make everyone aware of the real demographics of those groups that commit a higher percentage of crime in the United States and then the allegations of racial profiling after the facts are revealed would startle the American public as to what groups are committing the most crimes in the country.

Groups like Black Lives Matter and the Congressional Black Caucus exasperate the issuers by indirectly promoting messages of racial inequality and other divisive messages that further polarize the American population to actually believe that law enforcement officials in this country are on an organized campaign of racial profiling. After researching the FBI numbers for “Suicide of a Superpower,” this writer concluded: “An analysis of ‘single offender victimization figures’ from the FBI for 2007 finds blacks committed 433,934 crimes against whites, eight times the 55,685 whites committed against blacks. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white — with 14,000 assaults on white women by African Americans in 2007. Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found in the FBI study.”

Though blacks are outnumbered 5-to-1 in the population by whites, they commit eight times as many crimes against whites as the reverse. By those 2007 numbers, a black male was 40 times as likely to assault a white person as the reverse.

So in reality to properly understand the issues surrounding the evolving racism of groups like Black Lives Matter and the Congressional Black Caucus one needs to extrapolate the facts not from the liberal left media but from the statistical realities of the FBI and their reports on crime in the United States. Unfortunately, statistics do not sell newspapers, boost network ratings or provide sensational press bytes that tell the real truth regarding the domestic rise in violent crimes in the United States.

President Obama continues to associate every incident of police shootings with the amount of firearms on the streets in the United States. It is an endless loop of the President’s continued and determined attempt to undermine the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. Gun violence and the right to keep and bear arms are unrelated. The violence perpetrated against the Dallas Police Department last night has nothing to do with the proper regulation of firearms in the United States. In reality, the growing trend of gun violence in the United States has everything to do with the increasing disregard for the rule of law, unilaterally in the United States and the misconception that the appropriate police responses are always rooted in racial profiling. Yes, there are too many firearms in the hands of criminals. Yes, military grade firearms are not needed for the general population. However, the answer is not to hinder the actions of law enforcement because of alleged racial profiling, but an admission that violent crime in America is rampant and is statistically committed by non-Caucasian offenders in a higher percentage than Caucasian offenders.

Law enforcement in the United States is currently hindered by the Obama administration’s lack of consistent and cohesive policies towards controlling all crimes in the United States based on the application of the objective rule of law, but instead confuses and complicates the issues with a constant inclusion of topics that include sanctions against gun ownership, and outright criticism against law enforcement organizations because of what the Administration considers as racial profiling on the part of law enforcement.

It is time to STOP encouraging groups like Black Lives Matter and the Congressional Black Caucus from providing incendiary statements that are contrary to the facts and the statistical data available. Violent crime in the United States is another form of domestic terrorism and eventually leads to the destruction of a free American society. Americans need to view all of the tragedies of gun violence as a collective trend that is leading towards a lawless American society that disregards the importance of law enforcement and the faithful men and women that wear a badge every day to protect and defend our American society…sometimes even sacrificing their lives in order to maintain our American manner of life and our most unique methodology of enforcing the rule of law.
