iTunesCardDelivery exchanges your money for US i-Tunes vouchers.
I have already published two articles about my dealings with this online business:
Warning about buying i-Tunes vouchers from iTunesCardDelivery
Trying to extract i-Tunes vouchers from iTunesCardDelivery
Since my last article, I have received emails from iTunesCardDelivery offering money off vouchers redeemable against purchase of their iTunesCardDelivery vouchers.
The emails came as a surprise since I thought we had fallen out.
In any event, they did not work when presented.
Just another waste of time.
What worries me the most is not the incompetence and hypocrisy mentioned in my earlier articles. It is the fact that what amounts to an online currency changing business, converting what is originally predominantly foreign currency into US i-Tunes vouchers, has no identified owner indicated on its website? (Payment is processed via PayPal or credit card.)
The business model is based on catering for foreign demand for i-Tunes vouchers in US currency. That is clear from information on the website.
This clever currency conversion service is apparently unregulated by financial authorities?
The currency exchange sums are considerable, with i-Tunes voucher denominations of up to $100 on offer.
Seems to me a recipe for a potentially very unhappy outcome for the buyer.

iTunesCardDelivery was given the opportunity to point out any inaccuracies in the above but chose not to do so. The service being provided is the conversion of legitimate currency into a virtual currency. In the event of any problem in a transaction, consumers may have a fallback position of being be able to seek redress from PayPal or a credit card if they have used either medium to purchase i-Tunes vouchers from iTunesCardDelivery. This would, of course, be subject to applicable terms and conditions. Bear in mind, that for the reasons indicated, it is not a straightforward purchase of goods and caution is therefore advised.
I note from a review website that a couple of other people have expressed misgivings about iTunesCardDelivery. The majority of comments are however brief but positive. Such review sites are of course open to manipulation.

Let me start by saying that I apologize for the errors you had in our system. You used a paypal email to purchase from us, and then asked for the cards to be delivered to a different email address. We asked for you to verify that you were the owner of your paypal account.
You were unable to verify that the paypal account you used to purchase from us was legitimate. This is why we couldn’t send your cards. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we fight very hard against paypal fraud and wanted to make sure you weren’t using an illegitimate account.
I don’t know where you got our address from, but our address is:

Thank you for your review. It saved me from falling a victim to such looters. Ebay also offers many merchants trading with itunes us cards, the majority of whom are also looters.
