Breaking News:Mighty Aziz Tamba has fallen!! Kanilai farm theft case ends! Police to present “equipment” on F Manneh’s case!
The mighty Aziz Tamba has fallen. A  Gambian Magistrate court Monday sentenced Tamba, along side with Famara Colley and Mustapha Bojang on theft, felony  and conspiracy charges. A sizeable crowd of sympathizers converged at the court room to watch the convicts being whisked away at the Mile Two Prisons. The men were accused of embezzling Kanilai farm funds amounting to millions of dalasis. The farm is owned by Gambia’s President Yahya Jammeh. The convicts are sentenced long jail terms. The presiding magistrate invoked section 252 on of the Criminal Procedure Code while passing his verdict.

Aziz Tamba used to be President Jammeh’s right hand. They dine and do things together. Tamba appeared very sad and confused while he was being taken to prison with his co convicts. At some point, he nearly shed tears.

In another development Fatou Jaw Manneh’s case was adjourned today as the prosecutor said they needed a certain equipment to present in court but could not lay their hands on it. The Prosecutor said he cannot discuss the said equipment in court but promised to make it available to the court in the next hearing.
