With it being Easter Sunday I was surprised by the number of loyal listeners that tuned in. Thank you and happy Easter.
Although there were no courtroom hijinks this week there was still a great deal to talk about. Judge Perry ruled on one of the Frye motions, the stains in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car are fair game for the jury to hear. I have to admit that this decision did not surprise me, and I believe that Judge Perry likely will admit most of the Frye contested items.
Also there were two wonderfully separated, yet symbiotic depositions published. Friend Amy Huisenga and Anthony Lazzaro.
Considering both of these depositions were taken by the defense, I find it somewhat difficult to figure out where or how they might use the information to their advantage. Joining the information from the two depositions together we end up with… Casey is a louse, but a good mother, Cindy Anthony is marginally right wing of Attilla The Hun, and George Anthony maybe bad but no one saw him do it.
I have to admit that when I read the Lazzaro masterpiece I kept having flashbacks to the original OJ trial. I was meeting Kato Kaelin again!
Joining Jan and I to talk about last weeks developments were Bail Bondsman William Cobra Staubs and Orlando journalist Dave Knechel.
Even if you are not an active follower of the Casey Anthony trial you may want to at least listen to the first few minutes of the program. We were able to offer a musical treat, one that will be screaming up the Billboard charts next week. My thanks to everyone in the Charlie Daniels organization for letting me share that song.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackYES! YES! YES! Than you Cobra for saying what you did about how Cindy has been involved in this since day 1. YES! Manipulation from mom, then when the $$$ signs started up, that’s when George’s light bulb moment happened to garner lots of money since he has always been a nowhere man.
I don’t doubt 1 bit that Cindy and George have been at the helm from the get-go. Building up this great big script since June 15th., trying to get KC to get somebody ANYBODY hooked into this in the 31 day time span, even goign as far as stealing those checks to somehow get KC into jail so she wouldn’t be looked at as the suspect in Caylee’s disappearance. I believe tis 100% 100%.
Happy late Easter Simon,Jan,Cobra,Denny,Peter,an all bloggers.I hope you each had a fine day.
Well Casey is soon to go to trial. It has been a long wait.To try and get some kind of justice for the death of Caylee.Theres a stopping place for all who harm a child. In this life or the after.Judgement will happen.I just hope that this mother gets just what she deserves, for what she did. This time as all evidence leads to Casey as the one that took her childs life. She crossed a line, when she harmed her baby girl. And must be punished for it.I hope a law is passed that all the greedy cant gain off the tragady of a child death/murder.
God Bless you all, here at BNN
So many oddball things the parents had said, either in 911 calls and gaining the momentum that lead up to the utterance of the Zanny Nanny 911 call in light of a stinking car that BOTH of them let opened, sitting in the garage for hours while they both went back to work speaks volumnes as well. I think they opened that car up in there for another reason, to mask the scent of decomp that was already lingering in the garage-from maybe-the washer and or dryer they got rid of pretty quick before the big show got under way.
There is a place for this family and it sure aint on any more tv shows. I also think all this high faluting spending of KC’s was done on purpose prior to Caylee, buy new things fro the house then call it in as a theft. They do not fool me at all. Hope they are exposed in court. I bet Geore right now is preparing and running his lines for trial POC people.
Casey is very hard work to lie. she figured out every night and write down the note pad.. tried to make up like swimsuit in trunk. shes fixed it to fool people. I dont believe one word what casey said about her DADDY. poor thing Daddy s girl rest of his life now Casey stabbed Daddy. Thats awful. Hey Brother Lee its time to tell the truth before they will do anything to George. Hes such sweetheart and love casey dearly.
No court room hi-jinks, but there was another worthless motion filed by the Defense. In this latest one, Defense argues that Casey’s behavior during the “31 days” is not indicative of “consciousness of guilt” and therefore inadmissible. Hasn’t JP already ruled that her activity during the 31 days WAS RELEVANT and allowed at trial? Also, I thought JP had put a time limit on any more motions????
I still think the “George did it” is the Defense’s best option at any chance to get out of a conviction. They do not need George’s cooperation to use that story as a defense. They only need to show that George had as much access to any “damning” evidence as Casey did. If the jury concludes that George *did* have as much access as Casey did, then they will not be able to definitvely conclude who is the guilty party….minus any DNA which I don’t think the prosecution has. It’s not a great strategy, but its better than “the nanny did it.”
There’s yet another motion on the table to allow Geo and Cindy A. to come to court everyday eventhough they are on the prosecution’s witness list. Once again, they want to thumb their nose at the rules and just do things the Anthony way. They want to sit in the courtroom every single day and hear all the testimony and cause a ruckus probably. They are using the premise that they are direct next of kin of Caylee. That’s wrong! On so many levels! Casey is the next of kin, not Cindy and George. It would be different if an unknown person committed this act of murder, but since their own daughter is the one who is charged in this, doesn’t being a witness trump this? I would think so just on fact they are not next of kin to the victim which is Caylee.
