You call it: Does *this* punishment fit the crime? I know how I'd answer. Your mileage may vary.Here's the synopsis. You're a 72-year old man. You meet a 26-year old transsexual through a phone dating service. While visiting the other man's home, you happen to see a photograph of his 5-year old daughter. You express interest in seeing her. The dad, who has been repeatedly molesting the little girl himself, agrees. In fact, dad dresses up in drag and watches while you violate her.How much time should you and dad wind up serving for sexually violating the little girl? In this case, the dad was sentenced to 15 years. The senior citizen got 5 years. Not nearly enough for either one of 'em, if you ask me.
