Tiger tamed The conqueror was a rank outsider, ranked No. 77 in the world and who never won a tournament since capturing the '03 PGA Championship at Oak Hill - Shaun Micheel. Tiger had a 15-foot birdie putt on the 15th hole to stay afloat in the tournament, but he removed his cap and walked over to shake hands with Micheel as the ball was still rolling left of the cup... With this loss, a two-month long winning streak was snapped and the world witnessed the mortal side of the champion.
