Teenager Gets 3 Year Old Sister Drunk

A 14 year old Minnesota boy was arrested recently on charges of child endangerment after police were called to his home and his 3 year old sister was found passed out drunk from hard liquor. The girl was rushed to the hospital and was found to have a blood alcohol level of .12 percent, .04 percent higher than the legal amount for adults. The children’s mother was not home at the time of the incident. The girl has been released to a children’s home until further investigation can be concluded and the boy’s details have also not been released due to his juvenile status.
