Pining For the Fjords

Militant Injured In Embassy Attack Dies
Story here

Hmmm… well, that turned out to be convenient in the long run for someone. The fourth and until-just-now-sole-surviving gunman of the group of four which attacked the American Embassy in Damascus has rung down the curtain, joined the choir invisible, bereft of life he rests in peace, and pines for the fjords.

President Junior must be losing his grip… or someone is getting insanely ambitious. Ineffectual, but ambitious… have you seen the security around American embassies lately? This kind of stunt is almost guaranteed to kill more neighbors and passerbys than actual, card-carrying Americans, as well as bring down property values in the kind of neighborhoods which host embassies. The local Homeowners’ Association is probably not too happy today, either.
