A new eco-friendly, hydrogen powered fuel-cell car will be launched by Honda Motor in year 2008 in Japan and in United States. This new low-emission technology developed by Honda using fuel-cells, is expected to pass through the tough emission standards laid down by U.S, effective from the year 2009.This new model can run up to 570Kms on a full fuel tank filled up with hydrogen.

Honda is also planning to market its new diesel vehicles in the U.S market.
