Katie’s Revenge Anthony Ray Stockelman was placed in protective custody away from the general inmate population after the tattoo was discovered. He is serving a life sentence in prison after he plead guilty to abducting, molesting and murdering Katlyn “Katie” Collman. Terry Gray, a Collman family friend said “I figure that probably Mr. Stockelman was given the choice of a tattoo or facing the same thing that Katie did” by the inmates. Police are not sure if a distant cousin of the girl’s locked in the same prison had anything to do with it. A photo of the tattoo can be seen here.
