Elton and George Put Away the Cat Claws Michael responded with a public letter stating that "Elton John knows nothing about George Michael," referring to himself in the third person. Michael then blamed John for his poor public image. Yes, he blamed someone else for that. Apparently, the two ended their cat fight after the two spent sometime together at John's estate.
