Computer thief robs courthouse Eipp was not satisfied with his good fortune. He was arrested that night for trying to steal a car in Terra Linda. Mind you, he did all this while he was on trial for breaking into a business, along with another suspect, Louis Allan Critchlow. With the additional charges Eipp faces over four years of jail time. In a jailhouse interview, he said he was crying out for help. It looks like he got some help with his room and board from the State of California. Marin Independent Journal story here.
