Computer loss: Glitch in Karr Porn Case The photos are still available. The contents of the computer is available. It is documented. The only thing missing is the computer. So? The evidence is still there. Why dismiss the case? Has the justice system run amok? I was on a jury that had to convict a man for murder from circumstantial evidence only. One bit of circumstantial evidence was the guys bloody footprints all over the crime scene. That convicted him in my mind. Karr had possession of the computer... the photos were documented from that computer all with all the context evidence. To me, it's a no brainer. Leave him in jail where he belongs.
