Can money make Ban UN Secy General? Another storm is brewing for the South Korea's foreign minister. The South Korean sudden and overwhelming interest in the African continent could land Ban in trouble. Already there are murmurs in certain quarters that South Korea is bribing their way to the UN top post. Africa has Tanzania and Ghana in the Security Council and most of the Korean largesse has ended up in these two countries. Now, is this a passing cloud or a real twist in the tale?
