Arrest Made in Colorado Dragging Death

Tuesday night, Jose Luis Rubi-Nava, was arrested on suspicion of of the dragging death that occured in Castle Rock, Colorado. Rubi-Nava was arrested after a stained and tattered photograph of him was found at the crime scene. Investigators are still trying to identify the body. All authorities know so far is that a woman was dragged behind a vehicle with a rope, leaving a trail of blood more than a mile long. Neighbors discoverd the body, but the face is unrecognizable, so it's yet to be determined whether it's the same woman that is in the picture of Rubi-Nava that was found at the crime scene. The autopsy determined that the woman died of asphyxiation and head injuries from being dragged.
