Anna Nicole's Lawyer: "I'm the Daddy."  Who's the daddy? Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, oddly named Howard Stern, is now claiming that he is certain that Smith's new born baby is his. Smith, who recently lost her older son to a mysterious death merely days after giving birth, had been mum on the subject of who the baby's father was. Her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead was convinced that baby was his. Or was he more interested in getting some of that juicy money Smith recently won in a long on-going court battle over her ex-husband's estate. Stern has said that he is willing to take a DNA test to prove his paternity. No word on how Birkhead is handling the news. Watch Birkhead's interview from Entertainment Tonight here.
