2 Infants Accidentally Killed At Hospital

A 2-day-old and a 5-day-old baby were accidentally killed at a hospital in Indianapolis when they were administered lethal, adult doses of an anti-cloting drug known as Heparin.

The incident sparked an investigation of the hospital. A total of 6 newborns were given lethal doses of the drug due to a precedural error. The accident was caught in time for treatment, but unfortunatly, only 4 survived. Hospital officials say that this is a rare and isolated incident, and they send their condolances to the families of the babies.
