10th Canadian killed this month in Afghanistan

A tenth Canadian soldier died yesterday as a result of stepping on a booby trap in Afghanistan. This is the highest toll among Canadian troops in combat since the Korean War. As yet unidentified pending notification of his family, the private from the Royal Canadian Regiment was on foot patrol in the Panjwaii section of Kandahar.
