MY LIE IN IRAQ: HADITHA I pray that we resolve this without further cover-up. If we ever hope that China and Japan will begin writing their military histories as non-fiction we must do the same. I dread that Haditha, the Mail Lai (Our Lie actually), of Iraq along with Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo's illegal detention of innocent Chinese and juveniles, will end up some ridiculous political football for electioneering instead of a way to vindicate the thousands of brave soldiers and dedicated men and women who are risking their lives at the behest of now unquestionably bad leadership. My prayers are also with the families of the victims of Haditha and the soldiers ordered to commit atrocities they will never forget.
