FIFA Rankings Remain Unchanged By VOA Sports 17 May 2006 With less than one month to go before the World Cup in Germany, the top three spots in the FIFA world football rankings have remained unchanged. In rankings released by football's world governing body Wednesday, Brazil, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands are again the top three teams. Mexico has moved up two spots to take over fourth place, while the United States dropped down one place to fifth. Spain remains sixth in the rankings, while Portugal and France swapped places, with Portugal moving up to seventh and France dropping to number eight. Argentina fell one place to ninth, while England remains unchanged to round out the top 10.
