Teacher Gives Valuable Life's Lesson to Class This guy believes in teaching by example!Robert Colla was teaching 20 to 25 students at an adult education class when he picked up his paperweight and used it to smash a bug that was crawling across his desk. Only problem was, the paperweight exploded, and blew off part of his hand.Part of Colla's right hand was severed and he suffered severe burns and minor shrapnel wounds to his forearms and torso, fire Capt. Tom Weinell said. No one else was injured. He was reported in stable condition at a hospital.The 'paperweight' in question was a five inch long 40 mm shell that Colla had found several years ago while hunting.
