Rockerfeller Drug Law Critic, Anthony Papa My blog comment on a short article by him posted Friday led to a phone call, putting us in touch with our joint concern with the overuse of excessive sentences for non-violent drug crimes. Anthony is now an active opponent of the prison industrial complex which largely provides employment as guards in upstate prisons for displaced blue collar workers.
