GUANTANAMO CHINESE AND THE SUPREMES ![]() Several news sources ran a story this week regarding two of the Chinese Mulsims being held in Guantanamo, Cuba: "The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal from two Chinese Muslims who were mistakenly captured as enemy combatants more than four years ago and are being held at Guantanamo Bay..." Two things disturb about the action and the news releases: The high court (fast becoming an oxymoron) has given the green light to further abuses at Guantanamo by refusing to rule in this case. And the notion that the Chinese held at Gitmo were "mistakenly captured" is media spin at its worst. They were kidnapped by bounty hunters paid for by the U.S. government and they are terrorists.
