Accidental Death You Call ItWalter S. Fordyce (58) of Uniontown, PA, began arguing with his live-in girlfriend, Mary McCann (also 58) early Thursday. For reasons now unknown, Mary refused to heat up sandwiches for him. Well, Walter wasn't about to stand for such insubordination. So he threw her to the floor. Then he threw the microwave onto her chest. Next he stomped on her chest repeatedly and then proceeded to bang her head on the floor until she lost consciousness. But hold up there, he didn't mean to actually kill her. "It was an accident. I didn't do it on purpose," police quoted Fordyce as saying.Yeah, I frequently hear about people "accidentally" slamming someone's head onto the floor repeatedly. Serious problem these days, from what I understand. And refusing to heat up a couple of sandwiches is definitely justification for such a response. I mean, come on, why should he have to heat them up himself when he's got a perfectly healthy (well, at the time) wench right there to do it for him? And check this out: Fordyce ran to a neighbor's house for help, but couldn't find anyone there to call 911, police said. After returning home and checking McCann for a pulse — and finding none — he went downstairs and drank a beer before going to another neighbor's home and asking them to call 911, police said.Maybe they should 'accidentally' forget to wait for his appeal to go thru before they off him.
