Marital Rape Charges Against Iowa Man

He'd better have a really big gun

And he'd better never fall asleep.

Travis Frey is up on charges of marital rape. He's also charged with kidnapping (his wife); tacked on for good measure: downloading child pornography onto his home computer.

Travis drew up an "expectations" contract for his wife (and mother of his two children). She refused to sign it. What landed the 33-year old in hot water isn't the contract, though -- it's the fact that last year he tied his wife to their bed with rope and then proceeded to repeatedly rape and molest her. Apparently she hadn't earned enough GBDs to get out of the punishment.

The obvious question at this point is of course ... "what's a GBD?"

GBDs (Good Behavior Days) are fully defined and detailed in the four page contract Frey tried to get his wife to sign. You can read the contract over at thesmokinggun.com. The first page is basically a summary and condensation of the document. Be sure to really read all of it -- just when you think it can't get any worse, it will.

Feel free to head on over here when you're done reading and discuss.

My husband ever handed me a document like that ... like I said in the intro, he'd better have a really big gun, and he'd better never fall asleep. [The Contract, 1, 2, 3, Just Google It!]

Someone needs to convince this jerk that wives do have the right to say NO.
