WHAT GOES AROUND...WELCOME TO CHINA GOOGLE  Reuters and China Digital Times report that Google is in the soup with Chinese regulators because they lack the proper Internet Provider (ICP) license to operate in China. This after agreeing to censorship demands in order to launch their Chinese Language search platform in China this week. The Ministry of Information Industry, which regulates China's Internet, was "concerned" according to a Beijing newspaper and is investigating the problem.
