Iran now getting involved in Berlin publishing business You know, the one called “Where does Western freedom of speech draw the line?” The entries are no longer exclusively limited to denying the Holocaust. You can now also put in entries about “crimes committed by the USA and Israel” if you want to. Thank goodness, I’ve got tons of those. And to finally get Germany involved in all the fun (the natives really are a bit reserved when it comes to matters like these), the Teheran newspaper Hamschahri has demanded an apology from the Berlin Tagesspiegel (Daily Mirror) newspaper. And I hate to say it but I have to support them 100% on this one. It seems that these so-called German journalists have thrown all caution to the wind and have turned up the heat up even higher with this cartoon conflict thang and have actually gone out there and published a caricature about the Iranian soccer team. Yes, you heard right, the Iranian soccer team. As in Fußball. I mean, let’s get real people. Let’s come back down to planet Earth. Religion is one thing, but sooner or later we are just going to have to draw that line on this freedom of speech stuff.
