My Dear Mr. Kent,

Thank you for the point of clarification on the number of actual Saudis flying planes into the WTC, Pentagon, and fields of Pennsylvania. We added the mention of nationality merely to preempt inevitable cries of, "But Iraq had nothing to do with 911." In truth, the nationality of the 911 terrorists, or any other for that matter, is entriely irrelevant. What IS relevant is the cause for which they terrorize - Radical Islam. With that we are at war and it is that which must be stopped - at every turn, on every front, on every level. You mention several fronts in your comment. Iraq is among them; declared by none other than Al Qaeda itself as the central front in their Jihad. To ignore this is in a word - suicide.

That the Iraqi people are an unmanageable lot is also irrelevant to the larger cause. Iraq was not invaded for the purposes of managing the Iraqi people. Iraq was invaded for the purposes of enforcing UN Resolution 1441, itself a reiteration of 15 or so previous (unenforced)UN Resolutions declaring Sadaam Hussein a threat to the region and global arena who must be stopped. He has been stopped. The rest is clean-up and prevention. Not simple, not pretty, but entirely necessary.

We worry about the Left as they comprise the Achilles Heel of Western Civilization. The Islamaniacs are well aware of this and growing ever more adept at exploiting it.

Cheers,

A few observations -- first off it was only 15 Saudis and some others -- but that the bulk were Saudis is instructive. They are supposed to be allies, but bin Laden was Saudi and not Iraqi. As we are also blowing it is Afghanistan where al Qaeda is operating and only minimally in Iraq, we should probably cut our losses in latter and focus of Afghanistan while (if?) there is still time. The nuclear weapons are nearby in Pakistan NOW where our buddy is under fire -- partially thanks to Bush having given nuclear aid to his traditional enemey -- India.

In short, stop worrying about liberals and look to the rather ominous facts that seem to have eluded Bush. No one except Hussein has been able to control the Iraqis -- and he did it murderously.
