		<description>I remember a time in Southern California that illegal aliens were being caught and deported. It was very expensive. When we went to the federal government to try and recover the cost of incarceration they would give us ten or twenty cents on the dollar. The same thing has been happening with the hospitals. 

I think that may be why they are now sleeping on your front porch coast-to-coast and border-to-border now. 

We could save ourselves from bankruptcy by ignoring them when they needed arresting. The hospitals on the other hand many keep going under.</description>
