...in homelessness, and no medication, decompensating to the point where they never come back from it. Homelessness is real among the sick who do not vote. No voting power---you are expendable. Reality 101.</description>

		<description>Mayview closing? It's about time. The cattle call/warehousing of psychiatric clients has been demeaning. Those patients should still be treated and sheltered, but the "big back ward" philosophy needs to be thrown out.</description>
