		<description>This could be another propaganda project from junta. I wonder how many centers are in working condition on one year  after completion of project. Most of the villagers could not be able to use those center because of economical or technical reasons anyway.
They don't provide the access to real Internet. The censorship is huge in Myanmar. So, basically it is useless improvement.</description>

		<description>Establishing internet link in the rural sites in Myanmar is indeed a progress for this poorly developing country. However, even in the urban area like in Yangon, the former capital, own very slow internet connection in narrow band width. Servers in the university campus have been crashed for one year. The Myanmar government should firstly upgrade the web-surfing facility for those area having most of the interent users from business and education sectors.</description>
