Solution to the current economic problem: A Bridge to Prosperity. Re: Toxic Bank foreclosures and Auto Industry Problem.
This proposal would roll the bank foreclosures off the backs of the banks like water, no write offs necessary, banks would be reimbursed the full mortgage plus expenses. We could hire accountants to determine a fair amount to pay investors and add in $100,000 to $200,00 to each foreclosed home for the city/county and state to divide up and the banks would remove the foreclosure from the former homeowners credit report after they're made whole. I propose that we raffle the homes off. For example: A $300,000 home adding in $200,000 so $500,000 divided by $20.00 raffle ticket = 25,000 tickets - the players would have a 1 in 25,000 chance to win a home. When the number of tickets are sold for each home the ADM automatic drawing selects a winner this is held by the state lottery. We could publish and list all homes online, etc. giving each home an unique # and they fill out a special card provided for this raffle by the lottery and the state would handle ADM automatic drawing machine for each home and for legal purposes convey home to each winner for $1.00. This would instill a lot of confidence and work fast in months to resolve foreclosure problem. We could do something similar for the auto industry which is more important to our economy than anyone can fathom. We need each state lottery to quickly start a scratch off for vehicles to assist the auto industry and dealerships and set up a raffle as well. Also allow each dealership to have a kiosk machine to accept individual self plays the ADM machine automatic drawing machines are controlled and audited by the state lottery so that this great idea is not tainted. This is the general idea please edit and each state lottery can work out the details. Four million homes times $300,000 is $1.2 trillion dollars and take back all mortgages from foreign banks and raffle them off. An example of auto raffle a $30,000 car add in taxes etc and 1 wks insurance and add in $5,000 to the state plus they will get taxes and you have approx. $39,000 divided by a $5, $10 or $20 play depending on the odds selected, etc. Let's get back to prosperity and focus on keeping America safe. This current economic problem is an opportunity for the states to generate revenue. Thank you Linda

Pelosi, you have even lower popularity ratings than Bush. In addition, if you ever check to see what the American people actually want, you'll find that 76% of the American people want offshore drilling. This is supposed to be a democracy ... so why do you keep ignoring what we want?
