		<description>Hey guess what? Utility poles (that's right - poles, not polls) are NOT public property. And tacking yellow ribbons on them poses a safety hazard for utility workers who may need to work on those poles. It is against the law in Maine to attach anything to a utility pole without the owner's (the utility's) permission. Punishable by fine of $25 to $100 per offense. The ribbon hangers are lucky they didn't get fined.</description>
