When I see a Ford F150 lowered with 13 inch rims, altezza tail lamps, tinted windows, gaudy tack on non-functional hood scoops, and a lawnmower in the back, 9 out of 10 times a mexican is driving it. Racism, is everywhere too, not just America. I would refer to Palestinians and israelis, if they were a race. At least we don't blow eachother up. And how do you define a hate crime? Is a black man mugging a white woman because he percieves her to be more vulnerable a hate crime? Is a white guy hitting a black guy out of anger, just anger, a hate crime? Also, if Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson really care about and trust this kid Mychal Bell, who has a prior police record of 4 violent crimes, why don't they personally post his bail? They both could easily afford it. Is it because they would not get the same publicity for themselves? Plus, Mychal Bell was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt. Sure it was an all white jury, but none of the black citizens summoned for Jury selection showed up. Although his ruling was overturned because he shouldn't have been tried as an adult he can still be tried again and is still under arrest with the same bail anybody else would have. So people should stop complaining, because he IS getting the same treatment anyone else would get. When did 6 black kids beating 1 white kid not become a hate crime? As we see now causing charges to be droped, delayes in court proccess whoops already intimidated the courts. Is this not a federal crime ?? And No !! I do not condone in any way what was done. While wrong in every way the nooses did not physically hurt any one. There are laws in this country. Living in this country you are suppose to live within those laws. A group of people assaulting 1 person almost killing him is a crime. A crime no matter what the underlying story is. If a man rapes and kills a young girl and that girls father then beats that man almost to death. Yes the father is guilty of a crime. 2 wrong do not make a right. I am angry that black leaders act as if this was a justified crime. Where is common sense now days? There is way too much knee jerk reactions now days. Very little actual logic.
