I am 51 and was having out rageous hot flashes sometimes 10 to 15 a day. after the very 1st grapefruit I have had no more hotflashes - not one - it was the ONLY change in my diet and activities. I was so happy about this and now I am scared - My mothers side saw her, her mother, and her aunt all die of breast cancer - so should I go on the unproven california study and quit eating it altogether or just reduce my intake to maybe three a week? I do take fexafenadine which I just saw on "the list "</description>
