As a Democratic voter who is paying attention, I am getting tired of Gravel's SDS blast-from-the-past tirades against the military industrial complex. Debates are frequently limited to an hour. As a result of that constraint and the number of candidates, the answers are disappointingly terse. Franky, I'd appreciate a debate sans-Gravel and Kucinich (who is Wait Wait's official hopeless candidate of 2008) so that I can see more time spent on the issues and maybe even some real exchanges among the candidates. How can that happen now unless the format is stretched to 3 hours?
