It is after all strictly defensive, and it does work, and it would put an end to missiles forever more if everyone were under the umbrella. A, USA is really using the shield as part of agressive posture with sword in other hand. B, It dosen't work, Shhhhh. C, It is not strictly defensive. D, US leadership is unimaginative and rude. Bonus point, only one answer would preclude you from sharing your reasoning with your own "Free Democratic" population. Why dosen’t America offer to share the technology with the world.
