		<description>It's shameful that the mayor won't even meet with the SCV when they are ready, willing, and able to take care of this responsibility.  Local government should actively pursue this to ensure these grave markers are maintained and preserved for future generations.  You can't legislate the facts of history away as if they never happened, which is what the "North" has attempted since the end of the WBTS.</description>
