So you would like to give this power only to law enforcement to abuse legally would you?

Wouldn't it be a twist if it was actually used to apprehend corrupt law enforcement officers?..and beat them at their own game?

For every positive use of FlexiSpy there's thousands of abuses. Politicians will vote for something evil when they're terrified they'll be outed as 'gay'.

If your spouse is cheating, they're a manipulative liar. But if you give your spouse a tapped phone without telling them, YOU are also a manipulative liar.

Owning a bug doesn't make it not a bug. This kind of software should be illegal without a warrant.

There ought to be a logger in existence to more or less log the activity and origin of tracking software like this. Simply log the source that it comes from, and do it passively so that it cannot be detected by the tracking software. Noone besides the police, your employer (check company policy), or your spouse is legally allowed to monitor your phone. Someone monitoring your phone can have some very serious implications. (they can watch you through the viewfinder in the camera also ... imagine that)

Local Authorities need to be aware of these sorts of software. And yes, it can be considered wire tapping, which is a Federal crime.

I've had flexispy on my wife's iphone for about 4 months now. It is pretty awesome. I never knew how much she lied to me!! It's incredible, you think you know someone.... I've discovered she is a pathological liar! and that's no exaggeration. By the way, I bought the phone, the accounts in my name, and I pay the bill. Illegal? I think not!

JUST SO AS NOT TO MISLEAD ANYONE, I'd like to correct the above posting. A hard reset WILL NOT remove flexispy from your phone. Go to the flexispy website. Read up what the company who makes the program says about it. You will not know it's on your phone, unless you run a 3rd party anti-virus / anti-spyware program that is KNOWN to detect flexispy.

Oh, it's a dastardly little program, that one. Don't underestimate it for a moment....

Performing a hard reset on any handphone will remove either Flexispy or other spy software. Don't forget to back up your data in wallets, directories, etc., before the hard reset.

I think its wonderfull. Women love to play games with the cell phone thing. I've been a victim of that myself. My wife was dropping my kids off at different peoples houses when telling me she was shopping. She then would go over to her boyfriends house. Although this person was a friend from many years back it still was fish smelling. I caught her with other types of software like spector soft and accutracking. Now she is a good girl. She also knows that if I catch her again it will be divorce no questions asked. I only try to make it work for now for the sake of the children. So I would like to how is this wrong. I own the phone technically and I'm protecting my kids.
