<description>Wow!! I thought that I was alone and we do carry this burden while the Indian Mafia squander our monies. I have been threatened 3 times to be sued by the so called Village Government's lawyers and I said "go ahead, sue me", as long as I get to see a forensic audit done and they backed off. We jave a wen site that angelfire blogged a couple of years back under Nisga'a Allegations of corruption and there, there are many documents that have surfaced. Elected representatives in the Nation are still getting paid $4,500 monthly even though a 49 page document package surfaced on all the embezzlement over 10 years. We need to see justice and fair play. The rich are getting richer while the poor are getting poorer. Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians.

<description>In regards to dictatorship style of First Nations governance on reserve, it is about time that the Federal Government step in to consider the impact of greed, corruption, nepotism, fraud, etc. and I admire the leadership change as the former Primer Minister bowed down to this type of dictatorship. I have witnessed changes where the Aboriginal elite (what in heaven's name does this mean?) own two or three cars, go out of country for annual vacations, their children owning electrical gadgets and myself, I don't get impressed with material things. It is in what's own heart and mind that I observe, sure, we came in this world with nothing and then we die with nothing! It would be nice to have money in my bank account and I will once my University degrees are obtained spring 2008 as I plan to start my own business as I am multi-talented and I will compare myself with the Aboriginal elite. They are a joke as they are not educated and their spirits are poor but, they continually rip us off. No accountability and I thank the Federal Government for changes and I will be one day a success story and I will rejoice on my accomplishments. I have applied for 8 jobs with Nisga'a Lisims Government, was denied and Human Rights needs to take a refresher course on their mandate at they favored the Nisga'a Government and then the Federal Court is like a growing pain..where is our justice plan? I feel optimistic that I will see the effects of the policy changes and I don't give up on what I pursue in life. Keep up the good work..boo to the media for not expsing these positive changes for the victims. Cheers!
