Success never comes easy but with only a few films down Priyanka Chopra has found her place among the A- listers in Bollywood. Her movies ‘Don’ and ‘Krissh’ have done incredibly well and the young actress is all set to be the ‘New Powergirl’ of the film industry.

Priyanka Chopra recently received quite a lot of flak for her role in Salaam-e-Ishq yet this ‘dare-devil’ actress with her never-say-die attitude is all geared up to prove her prowess.
In an interview with Times Of India, Priyanka Chopra spoke about working with different directors and how she was interested in playing challenging characters.

She said, “What matters to me is the script and the character. If I feel that the story is powerful enough, I would go for it. Even if a director offers me a movie with exactly five scenes or it’s a blink-and-miss role, I wouldn’t think twice before accepting it provided it’s something challenging and never been done before.”

On being asked whether she would work with a debutante director, Miss Chopra said, “It’s a subjective question. It would depend on a lot of factors like the script, characters, etc.

What with other top actresses making a beeline to only work with the biggies such as ‘K-Jo’, ‘Aditya Chopra’ and the lot, it seems Priyanka Chopra is keen to make a mark using her own acting capabilities rather than working with big banner productions to garner attention.
